I appreciated looking at city from the window of the standard room. The staff were all really kind, exceptional service.

The room at Hotel Renuka was wonderful! It had its own windows, allowing plenty of natural light to brighten up the space. The clean double room with a private bathroom was just perfect for a relaxing stay. The fan-cooled accommodation had a cozy seating area and a wardrobe to keep my things organized. The suite was beautifully furnished with a tile/marble floor, AC, and a comfy sofa. It felt like a home away from home.
Honestly, I wished the Non-AC rooms were on a lower floor. But hey, that's just my personal preference!

I had budget and bright room with balcony. I could use a safe box, a seating area, and a writing desk. Location: the hotel was near to the railway station, Jaisalmer after a long night bus, and a quiet area...

I stayed at Hotel Renuka for a night and had an amazing experience. The staff, especially Lucky, was like a brother to me. They allowed us to extend our stay after check-out and even helped us book our return tickets and an incredible desert camp safari. The owner, Sunny Ji, and his team were honest, hardworking, and always had a smile on their faces. The location was excellent, close to the desert festival, and the rooftop terrace offered a great view of the fort. I wish I could have stayed longer!
100% Recommend this hotel.

Great location, just 10 minutes from the main attractions and plenty of dining options nearby. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a lovely view from the rooftop terrace. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing helpful advice and arranging a memorable camel safari experience.
The room fittings were outdated and the cleanliness could have been better. There was also some confusion regarding the pricing of the camel safari and the level of isolation promised.

The hot water is heated on demand, so it may be a bit inconvenient if you need a shower at an odd time.
